BEAMVIEW Plus is amulti-user, multi-tasking computer, ideal for use in a networkingenvironment.By using fluoroscopic detection and sophisticated hardware-based imageprocessing techniques, the portal image is available at the operator`sconsole virtually instantly. Unlike port film, BEAMVIEW Plus eliminatesthe need to reenter the treatment room to retrieve a film cassette forprocessing, thus increasing throughput as well as decreasing film costs.
